Journey Through Memories Lane.

In mid 2004, PT VDTM started mining with 100% ownership by Ms. Fifih Hernawati & family. PT VDTM shipped its first cargo from central kalimantan in 2006. in mid 2014, PT VDTM has a new shareholder structure with the structure of 95% share owned by Ms Fifih Hernawati & 5% share owned by Mr. Ganesh Ramchandani.

in 2015, PT VDTM entered into a coal sales partnership with Energy Coal Resources Pte Ltd. And in 2016, Ms Fifih Hernawati transferred 10% of the PT VDTM ownership to Energy Coal Resources Pte Ltd and 17% to PT Prime Star Energi.

PT VDTM commited to building strategic alliances with our customers to maintain the products and service of high quality and implement effective financing pattern efficiently, and produce value added products in implementing to good corporate governance.
